• We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of products or services provided by users.

4. Payments & Escrow

• Direct Payments: Payments may be made directly between users (buyer ↔ seller/agent/vet/logistics). When you choose to pay directly, you do so at your own risk. We are not liable for disputes, losses, or failed transactions made outside the escrow system.
• Escrow Payments: Payments made via our escrow service are protected. Funds are held securely until conditions of the transaction are met, after which they are released to the provider. We are liable only for transactions processed through escrow.

5. Refunds
