Refund Policy
This Refund Policy governs how refunds are handled on Chuvek Farms Limited (AfrikLivestock platform).
1. Scope
- This policy applies only to transactions processed through our escrow payment system.
- Transactions made directly between buyers and service providers (outside escrow) are not covered by this Refund Policy, and we are not responsible for them.
2. Eligible Refunds (Escrow Payments Only)
Refunds may be granted if:
- You were charged in error.
- The provider failed to deliver the agreed product/service.
- The product/service delivered is materially different from the description.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided if:
- The payment was made directly to a provider outside escrow.
- You changed your mind after purchase.
- The issue arises from user negligence or incorrect order details.
- Services/products were delivered as described.
4. Refund Process
- Contact support at support@afriklivestock.com with transaction details.
- We will review requests within 5 working days.
- If approved, refunds are processed via Paystack back to your original payment method within 24 hours.
5. Changes to Refund Policy
We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Users are encouraged to check periodically.
